FEST is governed by a board of trustees. The trustees give their time voluntarily and oversee the strategic direction and legal obligations of the charity.

All the trustees are either people who have a skeletal dysplasia or they have a strong personal connection with someone who has a skeletal dysplasia. Our team of volunteers and trustees is diverse; drawing on people with a wide breadth of experience- including health care and governance, business, finance, fundraising, marketing, and medical.
